The Full Story
On my ninth birthday, I was given my first camera as a gift. This was what started this exciting and rewarding journey I've had with photography. From that birthday onward I developed a passion for capturing everything with my camera.
Back then, (in the early 90's) the limit was film, just 24 exposures per roll and having to purchase a roll to take photos but technology soon assisted me in overcoming that boundary. I started using my first digital camera (1 MegaPixel) in 1998. I took that 1 Mega Pixel shooter around with me wherever I went and on my travels abroad capturing everything I could whilst consuming batteries at an alarming rate. The camera technology kept getting better and I saved a little of my pay every month so I could upgrade to a 3mp camera. In a short time that camera was soon outdated and I moved on to a 6mp semi-professional camera in 2003.
I kept that camera until someone offered me a good price for her. I used the money to help purchase my first Digital SLR in 2009. This new Camera offered many more benefits as compared to all the previous cameras owned, more creativity more options, no limits
Still shooting everything that I found intriguing or saw some sort of beauty in I started to expand my portfolio into weddings ,events at first just for the fun of it but after some coaxing from friends and acquaintances I started this business. It has granted me the opportunity to do something I love whilst being able to share that passion with someone for a lifetime through my images.
